How to Start Your Scavenger Hunt

Download the Let's Roam App
Download the free Let's Roam app from the App Store or Google Play. Look for the orange icon with the fox.

Open the App and Create/Sign In to Your Account
Open the Let's Roam app. If you're a new user, create a free account. Enter your first name, last name, and email address (this information is needed to join groups). If you already have an account, sign in.

Redeem Your Voucher
On the app's home screen, tap the "Join" button.

Enter Your Voucher Code
Enter your unique voucher code (found on your ticket/voucher display in this confirmation). This code is not case-sensitive. Tap "Submit."

Confirmation & Ticket Count
You'll see a confirmation message: "Voucher redeemed successfully!" Your tickets have been successfully added to your account.

Creating Your Scavenger Hunt Group (On the Day of Your Hunt)

Choose Your Adventure
Open the Let's Roam app and tap the "Activities" tab. Select your desired city and scavenger hunt.

Tap "Start Creating a Group"
On the hunt details page, tap the orange button that says "Start Creating a Group". (This will activate one of your tickets.).

Name Your Team
Enter a fun team name. (Don't worry, you can change this later).

Invite Your Team (Optional)
If friends or family members want to use their own devices, tap "Share Invite Code" and send them the code displayed. They'll need to download the Let's Roam app and create an account (or sign in) before joining your team.
If you want to share your device with others, tap "Add Players to My Device."

Start Your Hunt!
Travel to the starting location displayed in the app. When your team is ready, tap the orange "Start Hunt" button (the fox icon) at the bottom of the screen. Your two-hour hunt timer will begin. (You can pause the hunt at any time if you need a break).
