All of our scavenger hunts are designed to be able to be done while in a wheelchair. Each stop on the scavenger hunt will take you through your city in new and unique ways, so if you are comfortable traveling through the city it will be accessible for you. While we design our experiences to be accessible, sometimes the landscape of the city will change because of construction or other factors, but you can always skip a question or location if this happens.
You can pause your scavenger hunt at any time and resume the same day or even on a later day. So if you need a break, a bathroom stop, or want to regroup for another day you can!
For individuals with cognitive disabilities there are multiple roles that are great for them. We recommend a photo focused role like The Photographer, so they can snap photos and be in them. You’ll also be walking and working together as a group, so if anyone needs help you can work as a team.
If you have questions during your activity, we have a skilled email, chat, and phone support team that is available to answer any questions and help you. If for any reason you run into major issues (especially related to accessibility), reach out and we'll make it right.
