Let’s Roam LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Let’s Roam,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) provide www.letsroam.com, www.charlieharding.com, and www.scavengerhunt.com (the “Websites”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information across our Websites, our iOS/Android mobile application, Let’s Roam (the “App”), Top Sights Pass purchases and bookings where offered, and our related services (collectively, our “Services”). It also covers information we retain in connection with discontinued services.
Please read this Privacy Policy to understand our practices and your choices. This notice does not replace any consent required by law. Purchasing a pass or authorizing a booking does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing or waive your privacy rights. See the Top Sights Pass Terms for the purchase and booking rules.
When you visit our Websites or engage with our Services, you may provide certain information about yourself that may help us learn about where you are seeking an experience and other information about yourself, including Personal Information, which is information that, individually or used in combination with other information, such as your name, may allow us to identify you as a natural person. This information may include any of the following:
We receive information directly from you; from purchasers, event organizers, or other people arranging Services for you; automatically from your devices and use of the Services; and from providers that help with payments, communications, account access, analytics, and advertising. The information involved depends on the features you use. Some information described in this notice, such as precise location, government identifiers, account credentials, and certain applicant information, may be treated as sensitive information under applicable law.
This section applies where we offer Top Sights Pass booking features. It describes the information associated with the particular features you use; it does not mean that every described feature is available for every pass or attraction.
When you purchase a Top Sights Pass or ask us to arrange an admission, we may collect the purchaser’s and travelers’ names, contact details, age categories and, where required for a selected admission, ages or dates of birth. Booking information may include the chosen attraction, visit date and time, reservation requirements, pass and ticket identifiers, booking status, and information you provide to resolve an entry or service problem. Please provide only information needed for your purchase or selected booking. If you book for someone else, you must have authority to provide their information and should give them this notice.
We receive information from you, the purchaser or organizer booking for you, payment and communication providers, and the attraction, distributor, or ticket provider involved in your booking. We may share necessary traveler, contact, booking, and ticket information with those providers to request reservations, issue and deliver tickets, verify eligibility or admission, communicate changes, prevent misuse, and resolve cancellations or entry problems. An attraction may independently collect identification or other information under its own privacy notice. You should review the notice for the attraction and booking provider identified for your selected admission.
Where a booking uses an email forwarding address administered by Let’s Roam, we and our email providers may receive, process, store, and forward booking messages, confirmations, tickets, changes, and cancellations to your designated email address. Authorized personnel may access those messages to administer the booking, troubleshoot delivery, or provide support. A forwarding address is not an anonymous or private mailbox: the messages and their attachments may contain traveler and ticket information. Use a destination address you control, keep it current, and contact us if booking communications do not arrive.
Order and service records may include the offer and attraction options shown at purchase, the policy version and acknowledgments presented to you, your booking authorization, supplier confirmations, ticket delivery status, admission-use information where a supplier makes it available, and related customer communications. Ticket issuance, ticket delivery, and actual admission are different events. We use these records to fulfill your purchase, support travelers, investigate fraud, and resolve refunds or disputes. The purchaser or organizer may receive booking and service updates for travelers included in their order.
Location information may include an approximate location inferred from your IP address, a location you enter, or precise device location when you enable location access for a feature. We use it for features such as finding nearby experiences, directions, and location-based gameplay. You can manage device location permissions in your device or browser settings; disabling access may limit features that need your location. Selecting a city or attraction, viewing a pass, or being nearby does not authorize a ticket purchase. Any booking authorization is separate from location permission.
Where Top Sights Pass on-location redemption is offered, we use your device’s current precise location, with device permission, to check that you are within 0.5 miles of the selected attraction’s designated redemption location when you request redemption. If verification is unavailable or inaccurate, contact support for help verifying the same proximity requirement. We may record the verification result, relevant request and delivery times, the 20-minute redemption deadline, and redemption status to administer one active redemption per pass, provide support, and resolve disputes. This check does not authorize unrelated purchases or marketing. You can change device permissions; if we cannot verify proximity, we cannot complete the on-location redemption request.
We may also collect information when you apply for employment opportunities. The Personal Information that you may be asked to provide during the application process includes, in addition to the data categories listed above, the following:
We may also collect information about you, including the device you use to interact with our Websites and Services through cookies and similar technologies. What we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. We recommend checking the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn what information they make available to us.
Lastly, when you visit our Websites or use our Services, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser, including your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details.
We use “cookies” to collect information about you and your activity across our Websites and to help improve your experience with our Websites, App, and Services.
A cookie is a small piece of data that our Websites stores on your computer and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use our site. They may associate these interactions with browser or other online identifiers.
Advertising and measurement integrations may receive online identifiers, pages or products viewed, conversion and purchase information, and contact information transformed into a matching identifier, such as a hashed email address or phone number. Hashing does not make information anonymous when a recipient can match it to an individual. Our app uses Snapchat Camera Kit, a tool that enables Snapchat Lenses (AR Filters) and related camera features. When you use these features, some information may be collected and processed automatically, such as:
This information may be shared with Snap Inc. so that Camera Kit functions correctly and to improve Snap's services.
By using Camera Kit features, you also agree to Snap Inc.'s Terms of Service and acknowledge Snap Inc.'s Privacy Policy, which explains Snap's practices in more detail: https://snap.com/privacy
We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes, as well as for any other purpose to which you consent or is required by law:
We disclose personal information for the purposes described in this notice, including to the following recipients. Attractions and ticket providers may act independently when operating an attraction or administering their own reservations; they are not necessarily Let’s Roam service providers. Sharing necessary booking information does not by itself authorize a supplier’s unrelated marketing.
Let’s Roam is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where the providers involved in delivering the Services operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location. Cross-border handling remains subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
Retention depends on the information and why it is needed. Relevant factors include whether an account, pass, or reservation remains active; delivery and support needs; applicable refund and payment-dispute periods; fraud investigations; and tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations. Order, payment, authorization, and service records may need to be retained after an account is closed or a pass expires. A specific dispute or legal obligation may require preservation of relevant records beyond their ordinary retention period. We limit retention to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and legal requirements.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account credentials, pass links, QR codes, and ticket barcodes private; sharing them can expose personal information or allow another person to use an admission. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Top Sights Pass purchasing and booking are intended for adults who can enter into a contract. An adult may book child admissions and provide information necessary for those admissions, such as a child’s name and age category. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should manage these bookings and communications. Please do not submit a child’s identification documents, precise location, or other information unless a specific, explained booking requirement makes it necessary.
Children under 13 should not independently create an account or submit personal information through our Services. If you believe we have collected information directly from a child under 13 without any consent required by law, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. Parents or guardians may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of their child’s information. An adult’s purchase of a child ticket does not replace any parental notice or consent required for separate collection directly from a child.
Electronic Communications: Use the unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails, reply STOP to SMS messages, or contact us to request an opt-out. You may also use another reasonable method to withdraw telephone or SMS consent where applicable law permits it. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number for a booking or signing in does not by itself supply any separate consent required for promotional calls or messages.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary nonmarketing communications about your purchase, such as receipts, tickets, cancellations, and refund updates. We respect applicable channel-specific opt-outs and consent requirements for service messages as well. If you opt out of SMS or calls, keep your email address current and use our support channels for booking and account assistance.
Privacy Requests: Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to know about or access personal information, receive a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain sales, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. Some laws also provide a right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Exceptions may apply, including for completing a requested transaction, preventing fraud, and retaining legally required records.
Send requests to [email protected] and describe the right you wish to exercise. For access, correction, or deletion requests, we may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority, where permitted by law. We do not require identity verification for a request to opt out of sale or sharing, although we may request information necessary to apply the choice to the relevant records. Please do not email full payment-card numbers or identification documents unless we arrange an appropriate method. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any denial and available appeal process. Where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision or contact the same address requesting an appeal. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Advertising and California Rights: The advertising and measurement disclosures described above may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under privacy laws even without monetary payment. These disclosures can involve online and device identifiers, contact matching identifiers, internet activity, and purchase or conversion information provided to advertising and measurement partners. Where applicable, California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit qualifying uses of sensitive information, and receive equal treatment when exercising those rights. You may submit an opt-out request to [email protected]. Browser cookie settings are an additional choice; they do not replace statutory opt-out rights.
California Shine the Light Law: California residents may request information about disclosures covered by California’s Shine the Light law to other businesses for their own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Please send requests to the contact address below.
Nevada Resident Rights: Nevada law permits users who are Nevada consumers to request that their personally identifying information not be sold (as defined under applicable Nevada law), even if their personally identifying information is not currently being sold. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
Complaints: If you believe that we have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details below and provide us with full details of the alleged breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.
We may update this notice as our Services or practices change. The version and update date appear at the top. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain consent where required by law before applying a new use that requires consent. Posting an updated policy or your continued use of the Services does not by itself supply legally required consent or waive your rights.
Our Websites do not currently respond to the legacy browser “Do Not Track” setting. That setting is different from legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Applicable requirements to honor those signals are not limited by this statement. You can also contact us using the privacy-request instructions above.
Our Terms of Service govern the use of the App. Apple, Google, or another app store may process app purchases and provide us with transaction and account-status information. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their processing. Apple services and Google Play services used by the App may also process information to provide features such as maps, analytics, and in-app billing.
We will comply with laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach.
Our Websites may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.
